HGTV star Tarek El Moussa has responded to accusations from North Hollywood, California residents, claiming he is evicting them for personal gain. The project known as NoHo 138 is set to create a luxury complex on Hartsook Street in Los Angeles, resulting in the demolition of bungalows where long-time residents have lived.
El Moussa broke his silence, stating that NoHo 138 aims to build a secure and high-quality new apartment complex. He emphasized that the project will also include 14 low-income units as part of their plan.
