Rachael Ray sparked concern among fans after posting a video where she appeared to slur her words while sharing a story about Tony Bennett.

In the video, Ray recounted a time when Bennett took a spill at her home after she over-polished her kitchen floors, leading her to worry that she had seriously hurt him.

Despite the mishap, Bennett stayed for dinner and even had seconds.

However, viewers were distracted by Ray’s speech, with many expressing concern about her health.

Some speculated about a medical condition, while others defended her, suggesting her emotions about Bennett, who passed away in July 2023, may have affected her speech.

Over the years, Ray has not publicly shared any health issues, though in 2008, she underwent minor surgery for a benign cyst on her vocal cord.

Fans were divided, with some showing support and understanding, while others raised questions about her appearance and well-being.

About her feud with Anthony Bourdain

Anthony Bourdain talked about her promotional campaign for Dunkin’ Donuts, something he considered akin to “endorsing crack for kids.”

Bourdain also strongly criticized Ray’s “30 Minute Meals” format on multiple occasions. By telling home cooks they could buy pre-chopped onion at the store, Bourdain said, “I could cook, but I’ll finish this bag of Cheetos and that gallon of Diet Pepsi before dying of diabetes.” Anthony Bourdain even went as far as calling Rachael Ray a “bobblehead” and “freakazoid,” as well as labeling her the “anti-Julia Child.”

After Anthony Bourdain passed, she said the two had found common ground over time through their shared love of food, music, and humor.
