This A- list actress and her husband wanted to get the world on their side.

So, lawsuit filed.

The defendant is a jerk and treats everyone miserably so the lawsuit is not a surprise.

The actress and her husband are so disliked though that nothing will help change that.

It Ends With Us

Blake Lively, star of the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s It Ends With Us, has filed a sexual harassment complaint against her co-star and director, Justin Baldoni. The complaint, submitted to the California Civil Rights Department and obtained by ABC News, alleges that Baldoni’s behavior caused Lively “severe emotional distress” and led to a campaign to damage her reputation after she raised concerns.

According to the complaint, the Gossip Girl alum outlined several instances of inappropriate conduct on set, including Baldoni showing nude images, making comments about cast and crew’s genitalia, and bringing up her deceased father. She reportedly demanded a safer and more professional working environment during a meeting attended by key stakeholders and her husband, Ryan Reynolds.

Lively also claims that Baldoni and his production company, Wayfarer Studios, attempted to retaliate by manipulating the media to tarnish her reputation. Alleged texts included in the complaint show Baldoni’s publicist discussing strategies to “bury” Lively and make her appear untrustworthy in the media.

Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, has denied the allegations, calling them “categorically false” and accusing Lively of fabricating claims to shift blame for the film’s lackluster reception. He cited internal planning measures taken to address potential media fallout but denied any proactive attacks against Lively.

Sony Pictures, the film’s distributor, has publicly supported Lively, condemning any retaliatory actions against her and emphasizing their commitment to maintaining a respectful working environment.

Lively’s involvement in the project has been a focal point, with Baldoni previously praising her performance and her collaboration with a foundation addressing domestic and sexual violence. The legal battle has cast a shadow over the film, which centers on a woman’s journey through trauma and an abusive relationship—ironically mirroring some of the themes now playing out off-screen.
