The ginger haired one now knows his visa application will be revealed for all to see.
He is just fighting to keep some of it redacted.
Prince Harry
Prince Harry could face challenges to his U.S. residency if Donald Trump wins a second term. The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, is pressuring U.S. authorities to release Harry’s immigration records, citing his admission of past drug use in his memoir, Spare. While such disclosures can typically bar entry into the U.S., the group alleges Harry either lied on his visa application or received special treatment.
Immigration experts warn that Harry’s visa could be revoked or denied upon reentry due to his past admissions, even with an unexpired visa. This wouldn’t be unprecedented—British celebrity Nigella Lawson was famously denied entry to the U.S. in 2013 over similar drug use revelations.
Trump has hinted he wouldn’t protect Harry, citing past tensions and accusing him of betraying the Queen. The Sussex-Trump feud dates back to 2016, when Meghan Markle called Trump “misogynistic” and “divisive.” Trump has since made several public digs at the couple, predicting their marriage would end badly.
Harry and Meghan may have a backup plan in Portugal, where they reportedly purchased property earlier this year, should their U.S. residency come under scrutiny.
