Sylvester Stallone is reportedly buying a $24.95 million mansion in East Hampton for his daughters Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet.

The all-cash deal is close to completion, but the sale hasn’t yet closed.

The eight-bedroom, nine-bathroom home spans 12,000 square feet and sits on over an acre of land, just one mile from the beach.

Designed by award-winning interior designer James Michael Howard, the mansion combines classical architecture with Southern style.

It features luxury details like a chef’s kitchen, a home theater, an elevator, antique furnishings, and a heated pool.

The home was previously rented for $1.4 million during the summer.

Stallone’s two oldest daughters recently moved to New York, while his youngest attends the University of Miami. Stallone also has two sons, one of whom, Sage, passed away in 2012.
