There have been unconfirmed reports that the alliterate former talk show host was attending several concerts at the Montreux Jazz Festival last week, with a group of friends from the rehab facility where she’s staying.
The source also said she’s put on quite a bit of weight which means that she doesn’t look like she’s at death’s door.
Wendy Williams
Wendy Williams’ family continues to support her as she battles frontotemporal dementia and aphasia, despite being “denied contact” with her, according to a People report. Williams, who turned 60, is under a court-ordered guardianship, and her family cannot comment on her condition or location due to ongoing litigation. Her guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, has not responded to requests for comments.
Williams’ sister, Wanda, revealed the family has been out of touch since the guardianship began in April 2022. Earlier this year, it was announced that Williams shares the same neurodegenerative diseases as Bruce Willis. A Lifetime documentary, “Where Is Wendy Williams?” highlighted her alcohol-induced dementia linked to her addiction struggles, showing her in a distressed state. The documentary drew criticism from Morrissey, who accused it of exploiting Williams and presenting her condition unfairly. A+E Networks defended their portrayal, indicating a different narrative in their sealed papers.
